Experience
I am a risk management consultant specializing in helping businesses, nonprofits, and insurance carriers identify, evaluate, and manage operational risk. My work focuses on providing practical, field-based insight into property, liability, and operational exposures so organizations can make informed decisions about safety, risk control, and insurability.
I have conducted commercial risk assessments across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, contractors, restaurants, retail operations, transportation, warehouses, multi-family residential properties, and nonprofit organizations. My consulting work evaluates building construction, life safety systems, operational hazards, and management practices while providing clear, actionable recommendations to improve risk quality.
I work closely with insurance carriers, brokers, business owners, and nonprofit leaders to support underwriting, loss prevention, and operational risk management through both on-site and virtual inspections. My background includes advanced academic training in Homeland Security, American History, and Meteorology, which together support a structured and analytical approach to hazard identification and risk mitigation.
